Evaluate and Revise
Students will be evaluated based on a rubric. The rubric will cover the film and the PowerPoint presentation.
Students will also be informally assessed. The teacher will observe how well the students work together and if it appears that everyone is doing their fair share.
Students will also formally evaluate each other.
Students will also provide feedback about the assignment, to determine if enough time was provided for the assignment, if sufficient instruction was provided by the teacher, if the teacher was able to answer student questions, and if the requirement to use multimedia was sufficiently challenging or otherwise.
The teacher will determine if the teaching strategies were sufficient or if they need to be revised. Should the students be given more creative license to deliver their persuasive presentation? Should more or less classroom time be devoted to this project? Once the lesson has been completed, these are a few items that can be evaluated and revised if necessary.
