The students will use the computers to access the internet to learn the basics of setting up a fish tank and caring for the fish and the tank.
The students will access the internet to create their blog.
The students will use the computer to produce their PowerPoint presentation and incorporate their blog in the presentation.
The students will use the projector and screen to deliver their PowerPoint presentation.
To ensure student understaning of the objectives, the instructor will discuss how to deliver a persuasive presentation and model persuasive language. Classroom discussions will focus on how to identify appropriate internet sources. The teacher will also work with individual groups to ensure they are on track and assist them with their ideas for completing the assignment.
